Replacement of heading in Part I of the principal enactment

3. The heading appearing in part I immediately preceding section 2 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new heading substituted therefore :-"ESTABLISHMENT AND CONSTITUTION OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATORY COMMISSION OF SRI LANKA ".
