| 16. Three members shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the Board and all acts authorized or required to be done by the Board shall be decided by a majority of directors present and voting at a meeting at which a quorum is present: Provided that when only three members are present no loan exceeding twenty-five thousand rupees shall be sanctioned except by a unanimous resolution. |
