Sugathadasa National Sports Complex Authority Act (No. 17 of 1999) - Sect 6

Delegation of powers of the Authority

6.
(1) The Board may, subject to such conditions as may be specified in writing, delegate to any officer or servant of the Authority, any power, duty or function conferred or imposed on, or assigned to, the Authority by this Act, for the efficient transaction of its business.
(2) Notwithstanding any such delegation, the Board may exercise, perform or discharge any such power, duty or function.
