Tea And Rubber Estates (Control Of Fragmentation) Act (No. 2 of 1958) - Sect 5

Punishment for non-compliance with provisions of sections 3 (4), 3 (5), 4 (3) and 4 (4)

5. If a notary fails to comply with the provisions of subsection (4) or subsection (5) of section 3 or subsection (3) or subsection (4) of section 4, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred rupees.
