Tertiary And Vocational Education Act (No. 20 of 1990) - Sect 27

Appeal against revocation

27. Any Institute aggrieved by the recommendation made under section 26 may appeal to the Court of Appeal on any question of law within six weeks of the making of such re commendation by the Commission, and the provisions of section 21 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in respect of such appeal.
