Establishment of the National apprentice and Industrial Training Authority

36.
(1) There shall be established an Authority which shall be called the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (hereinafter in this Part referred to as " the Authority ") and which shall consist of the persons who are for the time being appointed as members of the Authority under section 39.
(2) The Authority shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1) be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and 're sued in such name.
