Tertiary And Vocational Education Act (No. 20 of 1990) - Sect 61

Provision to be made for institutions outside training places to provide initial training

61.
(1) Provision may be made in the Training Orders issued under section 60 for part of the initial training to be provided in suitable institutions outside the training places, if and in so far as such an arrangement is considered necessary and conducive by the Authority for the provision of such training,
(2) The Authority may enter into an agreement with any institution, for imparting of general and vocational education for any trainees selected for initial training, under the provisions of this Part of this Act.
