| 38. In this Law, unless the context otherwise requires,- " Ceylon Transport Board " means the Ceylon Transport Board established by the repealed Motor Transport Act, No. 48 of 1957 ; " hiring car " has the same meaning as in the Motor Traffic Act : " immovable property " means land and includes land covered with water, houses, buildings and parts of houses and buildings ; and "omnibus" has the same meaning as in the Motor Traffic Act. |
