Tourist Development Act (No. 14 of 1968) - Sect 18

Cancellation or determination of instrument of alienation of land and ejectment of occupants

18. Where the instrument of alienation of any land is cancelled or determined by the Board under this Chapter, such land shall revest in the Board, and the provisions of sections 47 and 48 shall apply to the ejectment of the occupants of such land.
