| 39. In any case where two loans have been granted by the appropriate authority on the security of the same land and default is made in the payment of any sum due upon any one of such loans, the foregoing provisions of this Chapter shall apply notwithstanding that default may not have been made in respect of the other loan; and the appropriate authority may, with the approval of the Board, in any such case, by order under section 88 authorize the sale of the land for the .recovery of the total amount due to that authority in respect of both such loans: and the provisions of this Chapter shall apply accordingly, |
