| 60. Any local authority or Government depart-ment or other body of persons (whether corporate or unincorporate) may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law or instrument relating to its functions, enter into and perform all such contracts with a Resort Authority as may be necessary for the exercise, discharge or performance of the" powers, functions and duties of that Authority. |
