Application of rules 13 and 14 of the, Constitution of the Society

8.
(1) Rules 13 and 14 of the constitution of the society pertaining to Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings shall be in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, or other written law, be deemed to be rules made by the Corporation under section 7.
(2) All property of the Society movable or immovable shall vest in the Corporation from the date of the commencement of this Act.
