Termination of Employment of Workmen (Special Provisions) Act (No. 45 of 1971) - Sect 11

Administration of this Act vested in the Commissioner

11.
(1) The Commissioner shall be in charge of the general administration of this Act.
(2) The Commissioner may delegate to any officer of the Labour Department any power, function or duty conferred or imposed on him under this Act.
