Transfer of Powers (Anuradhapura Preservation Board) Law (No. 25 of 1974) - Sect 11

Power to transfer money and any movable property of the Boards

11. The Minister shall transfer to each local authority to which this Law applies-
(a) from the funds of the Board such sum of money which he may determine; and
(b) any movable property of the Board.
