Tsunami (Special Provisions) Act (No. 16 of 2005) - Sect 26

Authority to act notwithstanding the National Child Protection Authority Act, No. 50 of 1998

26. The Authority shall have the power and discharge the duties and functions assigned to such Authority under this part of this Act, notwithstanding the provisions of the National Child Protection Authority Act, No. 50 of 1998.
