Textile Quota Board Act (No. 33 of 1996) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Textile Quota Board

2.
(1) There shall be established a board which shall be called the Textile Quota Board (hereinafter referred to as the "Board").
(2) The Board shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
