Amendment of section 12 of the principal enactment

Section 12 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "Tea Research Institute referred to in section 7(1) (a) (i) shall" of the words "Tea Research Institute referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 7 shall be the chief executive officer of the Institute and shall,"
