Tea Research Board Act (No. 52 of 1993) - Sect 3

Board to be a body corporate

3.
(1) The Board shall by the name assigned to it by section 2 be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
(2) The headquarters of the Board shall be at Talawa-kale or such other place as may be determined by the Board with the approval of the Minister.
