| 12. A member who is directly or indirectly interested in a contract proposed to be made by the Authority shall disclose the nature of his interest at a meting of the Authority. The disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the Authority, and that member shall not take part in any deliberation of the Authority with respect to such contract. |
