Members of the Authority

(1) The Authority shall consist of the following members appointed by the Minister :-

	(i) a representative of the Minister of Agriculture and Lands,

	(ii) the Tea Commissioner or his representative

	(iii) the Land Commissioner or his representative,

	(iv) two representatives of the Minister of Plantation Industry, and

	(v) a representative of the Minister of Trade.

(2) The Minister shall appoint one of the members of the Authority to be the Chairman of the Authority.
