The Sri Lanka Historical Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 26 of 1998) - Sect 8

Debts due by and payable to the Association

8. All debts and liabilities of the Association existing on the day preceding the date of the commencement of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to, and subscriptions and contributions payable to, the Association on that day shall be paid, for the purpose of this Act, to the Corporation.
