Urban Development Authority (Amendment) Act (No. 70 of 1979) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 9 of the Urban Development Authority Law, No. 41 of 1978

2. Section 9 of the Urban Development Authority Law, No. 41 of 1978 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal enactment" ) is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution for the word " twenty ", of the words " one hundred ".
