Interpretation

8.In this Act, Unless the context otherwise requires, "land " includes land vested in or belonging to the State, the Land Reform Commission established under the Land Reform Law, No. 1 of 1972, the Commissioner for National Housing, any local authority or any other person,, body or authority.
