Payments to a Campus

51.
(1) Subject to the control of the Board, the Treasurer shall from time to time, after the commencement of each financial year, pay to each Campus Board such sums as may be required out of the University Fund for the performance of its functions.
(2) The Campus Board may, with the prior consent of the Board of Governors, transfer moneys assigned under one head of expenditure to any other head.
