University Of Ceylon Act (No. 1 of 1972) - Sect 69

Members of staff deemed to be public servants, and the University a scheduled institution under the Bribery Act

69.
(1) All members of the staff of the University shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code.
(2) The University shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act.
