Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 2006) - Sect 9

Amendment of section 25D of the principal enactment

9. Section 25D of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition at the end of that section, of the following: - "For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that any reference in this section to "tax paid" means the tax calculated and paid to the Commissioner- General after deducting credit for input tax.".
