Village Councils Law (No. 6 of 1964) - Sect 30

Quorum. [ 4, 60 of 1938.] [ 2, 8 of 1952.]

26. Save as provided in section 18, the quorum for any meeting of a Village Council shall be one-third of the number of members of the Council in office on the day of that meeting.
