| 36C. Any person who removes any animal from the lawful custody of any person authorized to seize it under section 36B, or who in any way molests or obstructs such person in the exercise or discharge of his powers or duties, shall be guilty of an offence punishable by the Rural Court having jurisdiction over the area in which the offence was committed. |
