Compulsory acquisition of lands and buildings. [ 2, 35 of 1957.]

44A.*[* For provision validating past compulsory acquisitions of immovable properties, see section 3 of Act No. 35 of 1957.] Any land or building required for the purposes of a Village Council may be acquired under the Land Acquisition Act by the Government for such Council.
