| (1) As soon as may be after the publication, in the Gazette, of any by-law made by a Village Council under section 42, the Assistant Commissioner shall cause such by-law to be translated and printed at the expense of the Council in the language or languages prevailing in the village area in which the by-law is to be enforced. |

| (2) The Village Council shall cause copies of the by-law, and copies of the translation thereof, to be made available for purchase at the Village Council office at such price as may be fixed by the Assistant Commissioner. |
