Veterinary Surgeons And Practitioners (Amendment) Law (No. 11 of 1975) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 2 of Act No. 46 of 1956

2. Section 2 of the Veterinary Surgeons and Practitioners Act, No. 46 of 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment "), is hereby amended, in subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution, for paragraph (c) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph:
"(c) is the holder of the degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Science of the University of Ceylon or such other qualification approved by the Council. "
