Replacement of section 6 of principal enactment
3. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed, and the following new section is substituted therefor:
5. The registration of a person as a veterinary surgeon or a veterinary practitioner shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in the registration, be valid, till the thirty-first day of December of the year in which such registration is made. "
