Veterinary Surgeons And Practitioners (Amendment) Law (No. 11 of 1975) - Sect 5

Amendment of section. 18 of the principal enactment

5. Section. 18 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, by the substitution, for subsection (3) of that section, of the following subsection: -
"(3) No business shall be transacted at any meeting of the Council unless at least six members of the Council are present".
