7. Section 34 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed, and the following new section is substituted therefor:
| 34. No person shall add to his name any title, description of abbreviation which implies that he is the holder of a degree, diploma, licence or certificate which entitles him to practise any veterinary science unless he is the holder of the degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Science of the University of Ceylon or other qualification approved by the Council. ". |
