Amendment of section 41 of the principal enactment

9. Section 41 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, by the insertion, immediately before the definition of " prescribed ", of the following new definition: - ' " Deputy Director Animal Production and Health " means the person appointed to be or to act as the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Animal Production and Health): '
