Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 12 of 1995) - Sect 18

Delegation of powers, functions and duties to officers and servants of the Authority

18. The Authority may delegate any of its functions or and powers, (other than the power conferred on it by this section) to any officer or servant of the Authority and any such function or power shall be exercised, or discharged by such officer or servant, subject to the special or general direction of the Authority.
