Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 12 of 1995) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka

2.
(1) There shall be established in accordance with the provisions of this Act, an Authority which shall be called the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority").
(2) The Authority shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in that name.
