| (1) No suit or prosecution shall lie against any member, officer or servant of the Authority for any act which in good faith is done, or is purported to be done, by him under this Act or on the direction of the Authority. |

| (2) Any expense incurred by any such person as la referred to in subsection (1) in any suit or prosecution brought against such person before any court in respect of any act which is done, or is purported to be done, by him, under this Act or on the direction of the Authority shall, it the Court holds that such act was done in good faith, be paid out of the Fund unless such expense is recovered by him in such suit or prosecution. |
