Widows' And Orphans' Pension Fund (Amendment) Act (No. 44 of 1981) - Sect 7

Amendment of section I2A of the principal enactment

7.
(1) Section I2A of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (b) of the following new paragraph:
" (bb) dies and his pension is revised after his death, or ".
(2) The provisions of subsection (1) shall be deemed to have come into effect on January 24,1957.
