Wages Boards (Amendment) Act (No. 24 of 1966) - Sect 20

Insertion of new section 57a in the principal enactment. [ 20, 27 of 1957.]

20. The following section is hereby inserted immediately after section 57, and shall have effect as section 57A, of the principal enactment: -
57A. Where the employment of any worker, learner or apprentice employed in any trade for which a Wages Board has been established is terminated, his employer shall issue to him a certificate containing such particulars as may be prescribed.".
