6. The Board shall have the power-
| (a) in giving effect to the provisions of the Act to exercise perform and discharge the powers duties and functions conferred on or assigned to it by this Act ; |
|
| (b) to do all such as may be necessary or incidental to the exercise, performance and discharge of it's power's, duties and functions under this Act ; |
|
| (c) to appoint, remove, remunerate and exercise disciplinary control over such officers and servants as the Board considers necessary for the proper administration of this Act. |
