Amendment of section 26 of the principal enactment.[ 2, 22 of 1959.]

8. Section 26 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -

(a) by the substitution, for all the words from " and if" to the end of that section, of the following : -

(b) in the marginal note to that section, by the substitution, for the word " Deputy.", of the words " Deputy Commissioners. ".
