IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 84D of the Companies Act, and in terms of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Companies Act (Incorporated Cell Companies Carrying on Business of Insurance) Regulations, 2010, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has established the 1st February 2011 as the date on which the said Companies Act (Incorporated Cell Companies Carrying on Business of Insurance) Regulations, 2010, published by Legal Notice 558 of 2010, shall come into force.
