IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 84D of the Companies Act, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the Companies Act (SICAV Incorporated Cell Companies) Regulations, 2010, published by Legal Notice 559 of 2010 on the 28th December, 2010, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has established the
1st February, 2011 as the date on which the said regulations shall come into force.
