IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 (2) of the Consumer Affairs (Amendment) Act, 2000, hereinafter called “the amending Act”, the Minister for Economic Services has established the 28 th of January,
2003 as the date on which articles 56 to 71 of the Consumer Affairs Act, Cap. 378, as added by article 15 of the amending Act, shall come into force.
