Commencement notice
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article (2) of article 2 of the Courts and Tribunals Procedures Act, 2002, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established that the provisions of articles 55, 57, 70, 72, 74, 75, 76, 77, 91, 92, 135, 172, 179, 188,189 and 190 of the said Act shall come into force on the 1st December,
2003.
