Notice of coming into force
IN virtue of the provisions of articles 2 and 209 of the Courts and Tribunals Procedures Act, 2002, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 16th day of December, 2003 as the date on which the provisions of articles 3, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 150, 152, 154,
185, 186 and 210 of the said Act shall come into force.
