Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 of the Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, has made the following regulations>–

Title.

Amends the

Schedule.

1. The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Schedule”.
2. For item 10 of the Schedule there shall be substituted the following>–
“10. Motor Vehicles (Wearing of Seat Belts) Regulations,
2003 (Legal Notice 252 of 2003).”.
