Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the following order>–

Citation.

Specified land.

Appointed day.

Description.

1. This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2003.
2. The land described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of section 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.
3. The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in article 2 of this order shall with effect from the 25th March, 2003 be exercised by the Malta Development Corporation as provided in the section aforesaid.
4. The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an area of land, including any building thereon, at Marsa, shown bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 45_2002_1, which plan is enrolled in the Acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virture of deed dated 25th March, 2003.
