Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Schedule B) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006
BY virtue of the powers given by sub-article (1) of article 171 and article 1007 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Schedule B) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006, and they shall be read and construed as one with Schedule B to the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, hereinafter referred to as “the Code”.
2. In Form No. 31 of the forms in Schedule B to the Code, for the words “Notice No.> …………” there shall be substituted the words “Application No.> …………”.
